Tianzhu Egg Crepes

Tianzhu Danpi (Tianzhu Egg Crepes) is crafted from authentic pasture-raised eggs and local sweet potato flour. Seasoned with a hint of five-spice powder and salt, the mixture is spread evenly over an iron wok and pan-fried over a low flame until golden. Once removed, it is sliced into strips about 1 cm wide.
