Recently, the third stop of the “Challenge Cup” Tianzhushan Cultural Tourism Innovation and Creativity Campus Tour was held at Anhui Medical University. Hosted by the Communist Youth League of Anhui Provincial Committee and the Anhui Students’ Federation, and organized by Anhui Tianzhushan Tourism Development Co., Ltd., the event centered on the theme “Reach the Summit of Tianzhu, Paint a Chapter of Youth.” Bringing Tianzhushan’s extraordinary peaks, beautiful waters, and thousand-year cultural heritage onto campus, the event offered teachers and students of Anhui Medical University a youthful celebration of cultural tourism and creative inspiration.

The atmosphere on site was lively and enthusiastic, attracting large numbers of students to stop and take part.
Inside, large screens continuously played videos of Tianzhushan’s magnificent scenery along with introductions to the competition, while students gathered around the scenic area display boards to scan QR codes and follow the event.
Outside, the themed backdrop drew even more attention, with the visual image of “Reach the Summit of Tianzhu, Paint a Chapter of Youth” becoming a popular campus check-in spot.
Students experienced the charm of traditional culture through games such as pitch-pot and archery, while the interactive game zone and intangible cultural heritage experience area became the highlights of the event.

As a UNESCO Global Geopark and a national 5A tourist attraction, Tianzhushan is widely known as the “source of Anhui.”
This special competition features two main tracks: cultural and creative IP design and short-video production, encouraging young students to create tourism-related works that combine youthful expression with market potential, centered on Tianzhushan’s natural ecology, historical culture, and intangible cultural heritage craftsmanship.

From the more than 400 cliff inscriptions by famous historical figures such as Wang Anshi in Valley Spring Cultural Park, to the setting associated with the story of “The Peacock Flies Southeast,” known as China’s first long narrative poem, Tianzhushan offers an inexhaustible treasure house of inspiration for creative work.

Anhui Medical University marked the third stop in the Tianzhushan Campus Tour university series, with more campus visits still to come.
Guided by the goals of supporting youth development, empowering cultural tourism upgrading, and deepening university-local collaboration, the program encourages young people to improve their professional skills and accumulate innovative experience while exploring the cultural tourism value of Tianzhushan.
Tianzhushan’s invitation to youth has already been sent out — and it looks forward to seeing more university students use creativity and the camera lens to let Tianzhushan, the mountain that seems to hold up the sky, shine even more brightly in the new era.
