On June 15, Tianzhushan Scenic Area received a special message of thanks — a heartfelt text message sent by Ms. Gao, a visitor from Anhui. In her message, she described in simple but sincere words how she suddenly felt unwell during her visit to Tianzhushan and received timely help from two members of the scenic area’s Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade.

According to Ms. Gao, she is a professor at Anhui University. On June 14, while visiting Tianzhushan, she suddenly felt weak, dizzy, and physically unwell near the upper station of the Muyanghe Cableway. Just as she was feeling helpless, a law enforcement officer wearing badge number 34153185 noticed that something was wrong and immediately stepped forward to help her into the office, where she could lie down and rest.

The officer then carefully asked about her condition and provided her with glucose and drinking water free of charge. After Ms. Gao had rested and begun to feel somewhat better, he supported her all the way down the mountain by cableway and accompanied her to Chazhuang Visitor Center. At that point, another law enforcement officer, wearing badge number 34153188, also came forward to help, and together the two officers escorted Ms. Gao to the scenic area’s medical room.

After a preliminary examination, the medical staff advised her to seek further treatment at the Chazhuang Village Clinic. The two officers stayed with her throughout the process and did not return to their posts until everything had been properly arranged and they had confirmed that Ms. Gao was receiving appropriate care.

It was later learned that the officer with badge number 34153185 is named Tu Bihuo, and the officer with badge number 34153188 is named Xu Liying. Both are members of the Tianzhushan Scenic Area Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade.

In her thank-you message, Ms. Gao wrote with deep emotion:
“Their service philosophy of putting visitors first and their responsible working attitude deeply moved me.”

She also extended a sincere invitation to other visitors:
“I hope everyone will feel confident about visiting Tianzhushan! I look forward to coming again to enjoy Tianzhushan’s beautiful scenery, delicious food, and warm hospitality!”

Liu Yunzhong, head of the Tianzhushan Scenic Area Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, said that the simple yet meaningful actions of Tu Bihuo and Xu Liying vividly embodied the true spirit of “visitors first.” Their kindness and sense of responsibility, he noted, are a reflection of Tianzhushan’s tourism service as a whole. The scenic area will encourage all staff to learn from their example and continue strengthening its service brand, so that Tianzhushan will be remembered not only for its beautiful scenery, but also for the warmth of its people.
